Managing director Bruce Davidson is the keynote speaker at an event hosted by The Scottish Family Business Association and Co-operative Development Scotland.
Loch Fyne Oysters has been employee-owned since 2003, when it was sold following the death of co-founder Johnny Noble.

Hide AdAt the event, on 27 October at Henry Duncan House on George Street, Mr Davidson will argue that employee ownership can be beneficial. He said: "The employees feel they are working for a company with a high degree of loyalty and are willing to make a personal sacrifice."
