Fireraising charge

A MAN has appeared in court charged with wilful fireraising.

The arrest followed an alleged incident in West Lothian. Paul Batchelor, 27, appeared on petition at Livingston Sheriff Court yesterday.

Batchelor, of Fauldhouse, West Lothian, made no plea and was committed for further examination. He was freed on bail.
