A spokesman for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Services said breathing apparatus and a high pressure hose reel jet was used to extinguish the fire.

Three people were walked out of the property by fire crews using breathing apparatus while one person was rescued using a hydraulic platform from a third floor window.

Police Scotland are currently in attendance at the scene.
