Finance firm rents office

A FINANCIAL services company has agreed a new five-year lease in the Capital.

Ribnort Ltd has let space at 18 Walker Street to Matrix Group Ltd.

The company has agreed a new five-year lease on 80 sq metre of space at an annual rent of 14,000.

Allan Brass at estate agent Savills said: "This deal is an example of the continued demand for good quality and well located townhouse office accommodation in Edinburgh."
