Film festival for silent classics

Scotland's oldest cinema is to be the centre of the first film festival in Scotland dedicated solely to silent films.

The Hippodrome cinema in Bo'ness will in March show the masterpieces of stars such as Charlie Chaplin, Buster Keaton and Laurel and Hardy, in what is hoped will be an annual event.
