Family breakdown 'a huge problem'

OBTAINING a divorce is easier than obtaining a driving licence, a senior judge said yesterday as he warned of the "huge" problem of family breakdown.

Sir Paul Coleridge said people need to "re-educate" themselves about the value of stable relationships.

He described the high rate of family breakdown as a problem that had to be tackled.
