Family appeal after man dies

POLICE are appealing for help in tracing any relatives of a man who was found dead in his home.

Arthur Shute, 69, was found dead in his home in Muirhouse Grove on Saturday afternoon.

He is thought to have links to both Jersey and Cornwall, and it is believed he may once have been employed at a butcher's shop in Roslin.

There are no suspicious circumstances.

A police spokesman said: "We are appealing for anyone who may have known Mr Shute, or his relatives, to contact us as soon as possible."
