Fake gun man sentence wait

Sentence has been deferred on a man who confronted a terrified couple with a fake gun.

Peter Taylor threatened Sean and Lily Milligan with violence in their own home, Livingston Sheriff Court was told.

The offence happened on June 9 while Taylor was on bail for another alleged offence.

Taylor, 30, of Livingston, pleaded guilty on indictment to behaving in a threatening manner likely to cause alarm.

Sheriff Grahame Fleming QC called for a criminal justice social work report and remanded Taylor in custody.
