Exhibit focuses on Sighthill

A PHOTOGRAPHY exhibition capturing the character and perceptions of Sighthill is being showcased in the Capital.

The exhibition has been created by pupils from Sighthill Primary School, as well as by parents and carers, aimed at exploring the concept of community through the use of images and text. It runs until February 18.

The budding snappers were given assistance by experienced photographer Lisa Fleming, who helped the group convey their experiences of what a community is, how it is shaped and what is important through the images.

The exhibition, which launched on January 20, is on display at Whale Arts Agency on Westburn Grove in Edinburgh.
