ESPC events raise breast cancer cash

Edinburgh Solicitors Property Centre has raised more than £2800 for the charity Breast Cancer Care.

Fundraisers held by the firm included a Strawberry Fizz, where more than 150 guests enjoyed cupcakes and bubbly while being pampered with a range of treatments provided by Neal's Yard.

Money was also raised at ESPC's 70s-themed 40th birthday party, which saw chief executive Malcolm Cannon make a special appearance as Elvis.

Mr Cannon said: "Despite the recession it has been great to see so many of our solicitors and customers raise money for Breast Cancer Care. We would like to thank everyone for their support and contributions to some very successful evenings. We are looking forward to more in the coming year."

Area Fundraiser for the charity Gillian Hamilton, added: "We are so grateful to ESPC for the work it has carried out to support the charity, not only financially but also in raising awareness through its network. It is with the help of companies like ESPC that we can make a difference to people's lives and support those with Breast Cancer when they need it most."
