The Aurora Borealis was seen across Scotland last week and a passenger took this image off the coast of the Shetland Isles.

The flight was chartered from Gatwick by charity Aerobility, which offers disabled people an opportunity to fly.

Passengers included the BBC’s The Sky At Night presenters Pete Lawrence, Jon Culshaw and Dr Paul Abel.
