Animal rights charity launches anti-Crufts

A MONTH before Crufts, an animal rights charity wants to find the cutest rescued mutt.

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals is running the online contest to show how beautiful, healthy and good-natured mixed breeds can be. They are less likely to face genetic defects associated with pedigree dogs.
