The fifth floor restaurant boasts 2 AA Rosettes and an exciting menu of Scottish cuisine, focusing on locally sourced seasonal produce. As well as serving breakfast for hotel guests the restaurant also serves a three-course dinner menu between 5.30pm and 9.30pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
