Edinburgh news in brief: Plans to turn Leith shop into office

A LEITH Walk shop is to be turned into an office for a charity.

Plans have been submitted for the change of use from a retail unit to office by Homes Start Leith at 247 Leith Walk. Council planning officials have recommended that the proposals get the go-ahead.
