Edinburgh man faces attempted murder charge
A 47-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder after a 24-year-old man was seriously assaulted.
It follows an attack in Kekewich Avenue in Craigentinny area of Edinburgh in the early hours of September 8.
Police Scotland said inquiries were continuing into the attack and that the man is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court later today.
