Edinburgh crowds to be CCTV stars at the Fringe

FOOTAGE from CCTV cameras will turn crowds on the streets of Scotland's capital during the Festival into the stars of a major new show.

Two artists plan to use footage from Edinburgh's large network of cameras to create a video installation after winning a share of the Scottish Government's Festivals Expo fund.
