Edinburgh Airport 'best in Europe'

Edinburgh Airport has been honoured at a European awards ceremony.

The airport was voted "Best European Airport: 5m-10m Passengers" at the ACI Europe Best Airport Awards in Lisbon.

It was singled out for the "dedication of its management and staff" and judges said it "excels in all the key areas of operations".
