Early property bids expected

PROPERTY experts say they expect firms to snap up office space in the Capital on pre-lets in order to avoid rent rises.

Cameron Stott, of Jones Lang LaSalle in Edinburgh, said: "Occupiers will soon have to start considering pre-let options in order to fulfil significant Grade A requirements."
