Drugs courier denies lying about wife-swapping friend

A SWINGING drugs courier denied lying about a body-builder who had sex with his wife.

A trial heard that Alexander Fobister's wife, Grace, and William Pierrepont had previously been involved in wife-swapping.

Fobister, 40, is expecting a prison sentence after being caught with a 100,000 consignment of heroin.

At the High Court in Edinburgh yesterday, he claimed he was delivering the kilo package for Pierrepont, 41, of Burnbrae Road, Bonnyrigg.

Pierrepont denies a charge of being concerned in the supply of heroin last 16 July – a charge which Fobister has already admitted.

Fobister, of Boswall Avenue, Edinburgh, denied that Pierrepont had continued to stay in touch with Grace behind his back.

Fobister also denied that he wanted to take Pierrepont with him when he went to prison.

The trial continues.
