Driving lesson ends in head-on crash

A LEARNER driver was taken to hospital yesterday after a head-on crash with a lorry on the snow-covered A90 north of Aberdeen.

The woman, believed to be in her twenties, was cut free by fire crews after the British School of Motoring vehicle collided with an lorry. The woman, who was having a driving lesson, was treated for a broken leg at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
