Driver dies in crash near Montrose

A MOTORIST in her twenties died yesterday following a road crash in Aberdeenshire.

The accident occurred on the A937 Laurencekirk to Montrose road at lunchtime. The road was blocked for several hours and diversions put in place to allow a detailed examination of the accident scene.
