Doctor rapped for talking about Jesus

A DOCTOR faces disciplinary action for talking to a patient about Jesus.

Dr Richard Scott, 50, is being investigated by the General Medical Council over his conduct. The GMC suggested that an official warning could be placed on his personal file, but Dr Scott wants the complaint dismissed.

The committed Christian believes he acted within medical guidelines during the incident last year and has instructed a lawyer to try to clear his name.

Dr Scott works at a medical centre in Kent where all the partners are practising Christians.
