Display puts mental health in the frame

A PHOTOGRAPHY showcase from the top behind-the-lens talent in the city is running until Sunday as part of a national competition.

Visitors can cast their eye over the exhibition at the Central Library on George IV Bridge whose entries make up the 'see me' contest, run in conjunction with Semichem and based on the theme of support.

The pictures highlight the role friends and family play in helping those with mental health problems recover.

Three winning entries from Edinburgh will go forward to the national competition

Supporters can get involved by voting for their favourite pictures when the public vote opens on November 15.

Suzie Vestri, campaign director, said: "This gives residents the opportunity to see some of the outstanding entries."
