POLICE are to use special dispersal order powers to curb antisocial behaviour by a gang of unruly youths.

The powers will allow officers to move on youths in the Torry area of Aberdeen suspected of being involved in antisocial behaviour and ban them from returning to the area for up to 24 hours. Police said the decision followed complaints from residents and businesses.
