Dig up a job at coal mine

A NEW open cast coal mine in West Lothian will create more than 50 jobs.

The posts are being created at the Rusha surface mine, near the village of Breich, by the Durham-based Banks Group. Preparatory work is under way and Banks hopes to start mining in spring or early summer.
