Development site on market

A LOTHIANS development site has been put up for sale.

The 3.2-acre Quarry Park site in East Calder, West Lothian, is said to be suitable for a development of retirement bungalows, standard homes or commercial premises.

There are currently two strategic planning applications for the site aimed at providing flexibility to any prospective buyer.

The site is being marketed by Edinburgh-based property firm Rettie & Co. The firm has not set an asking price for the property, but is inviting offers from developers.
