Demand for offices grows

A SURGE in demand for offices in the Capital has been recorded in the early part of this year.

Property firm DTZ said take-up of offices in the city centre increased by 70 per cent in the first three months of the year.

But the firm warned the city's commercial property sector is "fragile", with the reliance on financial services likely to restrain activity "for some time".
