Dancing to record result

YOUNG dance students across West Lothian have achieved the programme's best-ever set of Higher results.

The students, taught as part of the council's Arts Services Dance Development Programme, achieved seven A grades, six B grades and three C grades in Higher Dance.

They attended Inveralmond Community, Deans Community and the James Young High Schools in Livingston, Bathgate and Linlithgow Academies, and West Calder High School.
