Dance along to tasty show

THE acclaimed Fringe dance production Last Orders will be performed in Musselburgh next week as part of a ten-day autumn tour.

Inspired by the bloody myth of Sawney Bean, the legendary 16th-century Scottish cannibal, the successful David Hughes Dance production features at the Brunton Theatre on October 1.

Director Al Seed said: “Through an evolution of events, including a birth, a death, storytelling and the modern gameshow, where meaning is felt rather than explained, we have explored the metaphor of cannibalism.”
