Damages after boy killed by falling wall

A COUNCIL was ordered to pay £137,000 after a court found its negligence caused the death of a toddler crushed by a brick wall in high winds.

Two-year-old Saurav Ghai was fatally injured when the wall belonging to Camden Council in north London gave way.
