Dalkeith restaurant Itihaas up for two awards

A RESTAURANT has been shortlisted for two top awards and praised in a prestigious eating out guide.

Indian-Bangladeshi eatery Itihaas, in Eskbank Road, Dalkeith, is a finalist in the Best Place for Dinner and Best Customer Service categories in the Midlothian Food and Drink Awards.

And the latest edition of The List’s Eating and Drinking Guide to Edinburgh says that Itihaas “has established quite a reputation”.

Owner Matin Khan said: “We’re grateful to so many of our customers who voted for us.”
