Cyclists set pulses racing in Old Town

ROSS Creber, from Endura Racing, climbed Victoria Street in the elite section of Edinburgh's second Nocturne Cycling Race.

Thousands gathered to witness some of the world's top bikers navigate their way round the Old Town.

Kristian House snatched a solo victory in the Edinburgh Nocturne, followed by Cameron Meyer in second and Evan Oliphant in third.

In other races, Neil Taylor, of the Edinburgh RC team, and Richard Chapman, of the Bicycle Works, took gold in the Cycling Weekly Support Races.
