Cyclists saddle up for charity

A TEAM of keen cyclists at Hilton Edinburgh Grosvenor will take part in the Hilton in the Community Foundation's annual Around the World in a Day charity challenge next Sunday.

Eight members of staff will be cycling in two teams of four. The first team, - head chef Scott Archibald, assistant food and beverage manager Calum Wallace, chef Struan Preston and food and beverage supervisor Abhinav Desai, will be cycling through the Fife coastal route from Hilton Dundee/St Andrew's Coast. The second team will travel from Hilton Dunkeld House. Each team will cover 83 miles.
