Council's quality gong

A QUALITY benchmark for improving services has been awarded to the city council.

Committed to Excellence is a European-wide recognition scheme managed nationally by Quality Scotland.

The council was assessed against its work on managing staff, getting customers' views and taking steps to improve its overall performance.
