Community service for scrap operator

A SCRAPYARD manager has been ordered to do 180 hours of community service for continuing to accept waste vehicles despite his site having no licence

James Hutchison the operator of a site at Methilhaven Road at Muiredge, near Buckhaven. had originally pled guilty to three charges at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court.
