College up for UK award

TELFORD College has been shortlisted for a prestigious UK-wide award.

The college has been nominated in the "exporting excellence" category in the EducationInvestor Awards 2011. Miles Dibsdall, principal of Telford College, said: "The nomination is a great opportunity for us to receive the recognition we deserve for the hard work we do at the college.

"It shows that we're striving to do more every day for our staff and learners."
