Oatridge College in West Lothian has provided tailor-made training to more than 4000 land-based businesses, organisations and individuals in the last year.

During 2010, Oatridge launched a series of innovative projects to make it easier for employees to learn and gain qualifications, or to better prepare young people for the world of work or to support businesses to manage change.

Adrian Kitchen, director for business and curriculum development, said: "Our remit has always been to support the industries we serve, but 2010 has been a remarkable year."
