Clubs swiped in raid

THIEVES broke into a professional’s shop at a Lothian golf club and made off with equipment worth more than £6500.

The break-in took place at around 5.45pm on Tuesday at Linlithgow Golf Club when more than 30 RBZ clubs were stolen.

Police have urged anyone with information on the break-in to contact them.
