Clearer, faster … scotsman.com unveils new, improved website

SCOTLAND’S leading newspaper website unveiled a major re- design yesterday – with a simpler, cleaner layout and an improved search function.

The revamped scotsman.com, which attracts more than two million unique users a month, includes improved navigation to allow users easier access to the latest editions of The Scotsman, Scotland on Sunday and Edinburgh Evening News. The site also makes it easier for readers to search the archives of all three newspapers – allowing readers to search for any articles dating back to 2003.

Web pages have been changed to include higher-resolution images and more links to related stories and Scottish topics of interest.
