City girls hit the right note

edinburgh’s Got Talent winner Caitlyn Vanbeck was among the stars to win through to the national final of a singing competition.

Caitlyn, who triumphed at last year’s Evening News-backed contest, will now perform at the Corn Exchange on June 10.

Two other young city stars, Saskia Eng – who impressed judges on last year’s Britain’s Got Talent – and Jessica Nolan, also earned places in the Scottish final of Festival4Stars.
