Choir pipped for honours

An Edinburgh and Aberdeen based singing group have come runners-up in a nationwide search to be the Brewers Fayre Christmas Carol Stars of 2011.

Octavoce were only just pipped to the post by another UK choir.

Thomas Henderson, Rebecca Queen, Nicola Henderson, Jyll Skinner, Daniel Fletcher, Lara McGrath and Alan Martin performed an exclusive set of carols at the Newhaven Quay Brewers Fayre in Edinburgh last week.
