Children's minister takes care

CHILDREN's Minister Adam Ingram launched a guide for carers who look after a relative's child at the Jack Kane Centre.

Compiled by the charity Kinship Care, the guide, which was launched on Tuesday, is intended as a resource highlighting carers' roles, rights and responsibilities.
