The Edinburgh launch is part of a Scotland-wide tour which will see the commissioner meet thousands of children and young people over the course of 2010.

Mr Baillie said: " I want to listen and learn from children and young people so I can fulfil my obligation to make Scotland a country where they can understand, exercise and experience their rights every day."
