Children playing hide the gadget

PARENTS spend an average of 40 minutes a week looking for household items hidden by their young children during playtime, research has revealed.

Most likely to go missing are TV remote controls (33 per cent), car keys (23 per cent), mobile phones (16 per cent) and purses (7 per cent). The most common hiding places are down or under the sofa.
