Child experts' advice sought

CHILD protection professionals across the region are being urged to have their say on how to improve procedures to protect children.

Their views are being sought before a national consultation closes on September 17.

Responses are being invited on new draft child protection guidance, designed to help local social workers, police, NHS staff and other practitioners improve the protection of children at risk of abuse.
