Chief execs to gather in city for conference

A CONFERENCE of public sector chief executives is to be held in the Capital.

The Edinburgh, Lothian and Borders Executive Group was established in 2004 to contribute to the public protection agenda and make sure public bodies work together.

Membership includes the chief executives of all the councils in the Lothians, NHS Lothian, NHS Borders and the chief constable of Lothian and Borders Police.

The conference is to be held on 12 March.
