Chef whips up some top tips

MICHELIN-starred chef Tom Kitchin has visited Edinburgh Business School to share his cooking techniques with its caterers, BaxterStorey.

Kitchen, who owns restaurants in Leith and the city centre, hosted the masterclass as part of the caterer’s extensive training programme.

The award-winning chef created three dishes and shared his working experiences.

He said: “It was a real pleasure to share my approach to cooking with the chefs from BaxterStorey and to show them how to incorporate my techniques in their own kitchens.”
