Chef serves up a masterclass

One of Scotland’s top chefs has served up a masterclass in professional cookery at West Lothian College.

Executive chef, Malcolm Webster, took time out from his day job at The Sheraton in Edinburgh to offer tips and advice to budding chefs.

Assisted by his sous chef, Raymond Wong, Webster produced a range of dishes for the Level 2 and 3 Professional Cookery students and gave a commentary on his career, which included a spell in London’s Claridges.
