Chef Scott on award menu

A YOUNG chef from Craigie's Farm Deli and Cafe near South Queensferry has reached the final of the Scotland Food & Drink Young Chef Excellence Award.

Scott Spink cooked alongside the two other finalists for Scottish Field editor Richard Bath. His signature dish is Puddledub Beef Wellington.

He will find out if he has won at an awards dinner on May 26.

Craigie's owner John Sinclair said: "I am so proud of what Scott has achieved."
