Charlie Gilmour 'locked up for 23 hours a day'

JAILED student protester Charlie Gilmour, son of Pink Floyd guitarist Dave Gilmour, is being locked up for 23 hours a day, according to his mother.

Polly Samson also claimed he had been offered pickpocketing lessons by another inmate. She said his 16-month sentence was a "waste of his time and our tax".
